So i was working at a Honeybaked Ham Kiosk at the mall.
Everything was amazing i was a great worker, i got along with all my co workers more then great, we all seemed like a big family!
There was one girl there that i became especially close too...
It all started from one little mis-communication...
I was ending my shift about to leave and i asked "Mary" if she wanted me to stay so she could go eat, and she said No you can leave ill put up a sign.. so as a customer came up i started talking to them, and she just walks away from the Kiosk.. I dont know if its just me but i thought it was common curtosy to say ill be right back or bye ill see you tomorrow or something! especially when your good friends with someone.. and so i waited of course and when she got back i asked if she was mad at me or something, like why did she leave without saying anything... and of course she got all deffensive and said i was irritating her, but again idk if its just me but normally you dont get irritated with friends that quick.. Sooo anyways.. i left pretty sad and hurt at how the night ended and how she acted.. I forgot to take off my aiprin and i called our manager to let her know and told her what happened and she said she noticed "Mary" was in a bad mood and she was sure it would be better the following day...
well sure as hell it wasnt! i was getting ready to come in and all the sudden i get a call from my manager saying " Dont come in today, your check will be here tuesday, BYE!" and that was it. after that everyone who worked there hates me now and is like out to get me.. so im completely confused.. Also my manager was stealing money from the compony and maybe they thought i was catching on...? idk.. but i tried calling the higher management and they ignored each one of my calls. i donno about you but doesnt that all seem sooo weird..? i just donno what to do.
Oh and on top of it all... they all the sudden need me to come in and sign something because there changing payroll componys, when the season is over and the kiosk is down today! they have been trying to also get my signiture on anything they can... really im kinda like wtf? these people are nuts! PLEASE HELP!
